Job Summary

Join our global engineering team as a Robotics & Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of cutting-edge robotics systems. Drive innovation and lean automation in industrial settings with a focus on technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced robotics and automation systems

• Create robot simulation models and offline programming (e.g., FANUC RoboGuide)

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot robotics, sensors, motion control

• Train operators and engineers on programming and maintenance

• Establish preventive maintenance plans and technical documentation

• Collaborate globally to identify automation opportunities for productivity gains

• Apply lean manufacturing tools in projects

• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

• 6+ years hands-on robotics engineering experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience with FANUC robot systems and RoboGuide

• Familiarity with CAD, robot kinematics, and vision systems

• Programming in Python, C++, Java, or similar

• Bonus: Linux, Git, Docker, ROS exposure

• Process knowledge in thermal spray coating, welding, machining, or surface finishing (desirable)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proven project leadership and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
