Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Role

• Long-term, full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role
• Up to £520 per week
• Sociable working hours of 8:00-16:00, Mon/Fri
• Supporting students in English, Maths, and Science lessons
• Working with small groups and individuals to provide targeted academic support
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and resource preparation
• Building rapport with students and encouraging a positive learning environment
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time only

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Candidate Essentials

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject or related field
• Strong academic record, ideally with A-levels in English, Maths, or Science
• Passion for education and helping young people succeed
• Confident, resilient, and professional personality
• Any experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people is a bonus
