About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Instrument and Control Engineer to join a high-profile industrial project in the Middle East. This role is site-based and ideal for professionals with deep technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, particularly in both greenfield and brownfield developments.

The role involves managing and executing instrumentation and control engineering activities across all project phases—from early design through to commissioning and start-up. Key Responsibilities

• Manage instrumentation and control engineering activities across all project stages

• Lead and support design development from DBSP, FEED, and PP to detailed design reviews

• Supervise construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases

• Oversee calibration, FAT, SAT, loop checks, and functional testing

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of engineering deliverables

• Interface with multi-discipline teams and contractors to resolve technical issues

• Monitor progress and quality through to final turnover and project close-out

Candidate Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control engineering

• Demonstrated expertise in greenfield and brownfield project execution

• Strong background in project management and multidisciplinary coordination

• Hands-on experience in commissioning and start-up activities

• Full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university

• Previous experience working in the Middle East preferred
