Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations

• Lead and inspire a small team of chefs to deliver consistently high standards

• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard, every service

• Maintain stock levels, ordering, and waste management

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Contribute to menu planning and development with creativity and flair

About You:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Calm, organised, and efficient under pressure

• A hands-on team player with a strong eye for detail
