We’re growing our Maintenance Recruitment team in Leicester — and we’re looking for someone at the start of their career who’s ready to build something real. You’ll work closely with an experienced Managing Consultant who’s built a thriving client base — meaning you’ll develop existing relationships and learn how to win new ones. Our structured training doesn’t just show you what to do; it coaches you until you’re confident owning the full 360 recruitment process.

The Role and About You:

In your first phase, you’ll master candidate management and recruitment processes:

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.
• Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
• Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.
• Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.
• Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate.

Once you’re ready, you’ll step up to 360 recruitment:

• Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.
• Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.
• Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.
• Running recruitment projects from start to finish — and seeing the reward directly in your commission.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
• Is ambitious and thrives on targets that stretch them.
• Stays organised and focused, even when things move fast.
• May have B2B or B2C sales experience — but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed.
• Has a high level of spoken and written English
