The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator to join our client's team. You’ll be responsible for operating die cutting machinery, ensuring high-quality production output, and maintaining efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate die cutting machines to produce high-quality packaging and print finishing products
• Set up machines according to job specifications and ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to client specifications
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating die cutting machinery
• Familiarity with cylinder and platen machines (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
