A West Sussex firm are looking for a fee earner to work in the Family Law department at their Chichester office. The caseload will be purely privately funded matters. The firm are ideally looking for a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 1 year's PQE in family work.
 
Caseload to include:
 
Divorce and Separation, Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
 
Family matters generally
 
Financial disputes upon divorce
 
Residence and contact disputes for children
 
Civil Partnership matters
 
Prenuptial and Cohabitation Agreements
 
Resolving issues regarding finances including properties, income, pensions both for married couples and cohabitees
 
Dealing with issues that arise in relation to children including financial support for them
 
General Family matters
 
Advice on alternative methods to reduce disputes such as mediation and collaborative law
 
The post is full-time. permanent and salary will be 40k to 50k depending on experience depending on experience.
