A law firm in North West London are looking for an office-based residential conveyancing locum to assist for a period of 3-4 weeks starting from 17th July 2023. Workload to include all residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion and post completion including:

Sales and purchases
Freehold and leasehold
Equity transfers
Remortgages
Bridging loans
Lease extensions and renewals
New builds, Right to buys, Plot sales
Shared ownerships
Auction sales
Leasehold Enfranchisement
Title investigation
Landlord and Tenant matters
