An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a traditional contractor who specialise in the new build and refurbishment projects to the high end, bespoke residential sector on a permanent, full time basis.

Contracts Manager - The Role:
Responsible for managing 3-5 contracts simultaneously of varying values - typically from £1m to £10m
Project locations across the South East
A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts
Client facing role, including chairing of Client Progress Meetings etc
Sound knowledge of programming & procurement of construction projects
Typically, the role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
On occasions, this role will also provide support to the Pre-Construction Team in the compilation of bids - eg. input in to the programming & methodology of projects + attendance at Post-Tender Interviews and Client Meetings

Contracts Manager - Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have good experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' experience in contract management also coming from a trades background is desirable.
Experience working on High end bespoke houses
Good knowledge and experience in the construction industry on varied projects
Relevant experience in Contracts Management
Technically minded, with ability to work individually and part of a team

Contracts Manager - Salary & Benefits:
£65,000 - £75,000
