· £14 to £16 per hour (depending on experience)

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A competent and experienced and reliable Sous Chef.

• The ideal Sous Chef must have a fresh produce background. Previous experience co-running a professional kitchen would be great.

• As Sous Chef you will be running the kitchen, overseeing a small team and menu.
