A medium-large firm based in SW London - Battersea area - are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to work at their office situated a 2 minute walk away from Clapham Junction Station. The corporate commercial department currently overlaps with the Employment department. The firm need someone to come in and develop the corporate commercial side of things into a stand alone department. The firm are happy to consider solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in commercial work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing less senior staff in the department but also managing a caseload which will include assisting SME's, directors and new business start-ups in the local area with issues of company law and private acquisitions. The post is full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive. Further information available on request.
