A multinational education company based in Central London are currently looking for four months' cover for a litigation counsel's role. You will need to have at least 4-5 years' PQE and will be assisting with litigation cases and review of commercial contracts, if required. Senior commercial counsel will help with the review of the commercial contracts and there is also a legal playbook setting out contractual principles and redlines. The firm are looking to pay up to 40 per hour maximum.
