A boutique Bristol law firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the company commercial department at their office located just off junction 1 of the M48. Please note, there are no public transport links to the office so own transport is more or less essential. The successful applicant will be managing a broad existing caseload including share and asset disposals and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and limited liability partnership agreements and bank funding. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year's PQE within corporate/commercial work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience.
