The Role

We’re seeking experienced Chefs to join our network in Glasgow. Working with respected clients in Restaurants, Hotels and Eventsyou’ll enjoy a varied workload and the chance to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Head and Surrounding chefs within the kitchen operations.
• Managing station Prep
• Food Hygiene and HACCAP Awareness.
• Managing your station during service.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Driving licence and transport (preferred)
• Competent at CDP Level and above.
• Organised professional with adaptability to the role.
• Has own knives and can perform well as a team.
