Are you a psychology graduate passionate about supporting children with additional needs?

KPI Education is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join a high-performing secondary school in London as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant.

With a growing shortage of staff in the SEN sector, this is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, make a real difference in students’ lives, and explore a career in a field with high demand and long-term opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with the SEN department, providing one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of additional learning needs. You’ll help deliver engaging, personalised activities, assist teachers with lesson preparation, and support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills. You may also contribute to enrichment programmes, mentoring sessions, and interventions designed to boost confidence and engagement for students with SEN.

This position is perfect for graduates considering a career in educational psychology, speech & language therapy, or SEN teaching, as it provides a unique insight into how schools support diverse learners. You’ll gain practical experience in assessment, intervention planning, and student support strategies, while receiving mentoring from experienced educators and SEN specialists.

We’re looking for candidates who:
