  • Production: Oversee daily operations to deliver on production targets, manage maintenance coordination, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Quality: Maintain high product standards, investigate quality issues, and collaborate with R&D to optimise processes.

  • Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate your shift team, ensuring performance management, training, and compliance are consistently achieved.

  • Compliance: Uphold environmental and regulatory requirements, support inspections, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion lean initiatives, process optimisation, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements across operations.

About You

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar, OR substantial experience in chemical manufacturing leadership.

  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and development skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.

  • Demonstrable experience driving operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and process improvements.

  • Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced, safety-critical environments.
