About the School This primary school has a strong reputation for creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and challenged to reach their potential. With a focus on both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, they pride themselves on being inclusive, nurturing, and forward-thinking in their approach to education.

About the Role As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll provide support both in and out of the classroom, adapting your approach to meet the needs of individual pupils. You may work 1-to-1 with children who have additional needs or provide small group interventions to help boost confidence and academic achievement.

You'll bring empathy, patience, and a proactive attitude, along with the ability to work closely with teachers and other professionals.
