The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to pupils across KS3 and KS4 who may be diagnosed with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or communication disorders. Your role will involve working closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, focusing on behaviour support, emotional well-being, and tailored learning interventions.

You will help implement behaviour strategies, deliver structured support plans, and contribute to informal psychological assessments and interventions—making this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role ideal for Psychology graduates seeking career progression in mental health or education.
