Smart Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher for a full-time, 1-term role at a well-regarded secondary school in Bexley.

This position is to cover the Autumn Term (September – December 2025), delivering KS3 and KS4 English.

The Role:

• Teach English across KS3 and KS4

• Full-time teaching commitment for the Autumn term

• No additional extracurricular or pastoral duties required unless desired

• Well-resourced schemes of work and collaborative team support

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification

• Have experience teaching English in secondary schools

• Be confident delivering lessons that engage and inspire

• Demonstrate good behaviour management and strong communication skills

• Be adaptable, reliable, and ready to make a positive contribution from day one
