📋 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting B2B sales, generating leads, and engaging with decision-makers
• Managing your own sales pipeline and building a profitable desk
• Establishing and nurturing strong, transparent relationships with clients and candidates
• Driving new business development – securing vacancies and building a client base
• Meeting and screening candidates, matching talent to roles
• Holding client meetings to understand hiring needs
• Coordinating interviews and offering consultative support to clients and candidates
• Using databases and social platforms to source top talent
• Staying up to date with market trends and conducting competitor research
• Handling compliance, background checks, and administrative processes
• Following up post-placement to ensure client and candidate satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, sales or recruitment 
• A proactive, go-getter mentality with a track record of hitting targets
• A graduate looking for a career within the recruitment industry
