We’re expanding our Permanent, White Collar Technical team in Leicester and looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step. Here, you’ll join an experienced team that recruits skilled professionals into technical engineering roles across the East Midlands. 

The Role and About You:

In your first phase, you’ll master candidate management and recruitment processes:

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.
• Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
• Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.
• Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.
• Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate.

Once you’re ready, you’ll step up to 360 recruitment:

• Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.
• Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.
• Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.
• Running recruitment projects from start to finish - and seeing the reward directly in your commission.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
• Is ambitious and thrives on targets that stretch them.
• Stays organised and focused, even when things move fast.
• May have B2B or B2C sales experience - but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed.
• Has a high level of spoken and written English
