The Role

Supporting the Head Chef and Team in daily operations.

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with modern culinary standards.

Maintaining kitchen standards and cleanliness to the highest level.

Contributing to menu development with an innovative and informed approach.

Raw skills in fish preparation, butchery, stocks/sauces from scratch

The Person

Experience in 5-star hotels or 2–3 AA Rosette kitchens is preferable.

Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine trends.

A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset.

Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.

Formal culinary qualifications are preferred and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Own transport is desirable, no live-in accommodation is available for this role.
