Overview/Company Introduction

Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work with our esteemed client on a temporary on-going basis.

Our client, based in a rural location which offers beautiful scenery and a national tourist hotspot. Contract catering style food within a café. You will be preparing a selection of breakfast options, lunch time specials and a variation of hot and cold food for residents and tourists.

Role /Responsibilities 

• Work alongside management and other team members offering a collaborative service.
• Producing high quality food that is appealing on the eye too.
• Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
• Food preparation.
• Stock control.
• Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Following a set menu.
• Breakfast, lunch meals to be produced.

Salary and Benefits 

• Rates start from £15 per hour DOE.
• 30 days holidays (inc bank holidays)

Candidate 

• Experienced Chef with contract catering background
• Cooking from scratch using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
• Driving license will be essential due to location. Unable to commute via public transport.
• Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
