We’re currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a first-class candidate experience to one of our largest sites.

The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to the recruitment team, helping to attract, engage, and manage candidates for our clients. This is a varied role where your organisational and communication skills will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging job adverts across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Send confirmation emails to candidates and clients.
  • Make calls to check in with candidates and support with schedule interviews.
  • Liaise with job centres, organise job fairs, and arrange meetings.
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Process PPE for new starters.
  • Handle a shared recruitment email inbox efficiently.
  • Provide general phone and administrative support to candidates and the team.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm on Fridays (37.5 hours per week).
  • Office-based role with occasional travel to meet client needs.
