A large logistics company based in Essex are looking for a commercial litigation locum to assist on a part-time basis with a series of high-value cases. You will need to have a minimum of 10 years' PQE in a similar in-house role or with a city/Legal 500 firm for this one along with extensive high court and court of appeal experience. The firm have a case just about to go to the Court of Appeal which is worth c£40 million and the work you will be handling will be of a similar value.
 
This is a part-time role of around 2-3 days per week and the work can be carried out largely remotely with occasional meetings in the City of London or Essex.
