Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Fibre Optic Project Manager to join their London-based team 

For the successful Fibre Optic Project Manager our client is offering:

  • Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
  • Day shifts 
  • Permanent role
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client
  • Contractors considered on a short-term basis 

The Role - Fibre Optic Project Manager

  • Oversee all aspects of fiber optic installation projects, from planning to implementation and closeout
  • Support (initially) client research and tender activity in this market
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholders' satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables.
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Ensure reliable and resilient technical solutions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.

What our client is looking for in a Fibre Optic Project Manager:

  • Must be an experienced Project Manager within this sector - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience in construction project management with a focus on Fibre Optic projects
  • Experienced in Pre Construction stages through to Delivery and Handover of works  - ESSENTIAL
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
