Position Title: Civil/Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Remote/On-Site (Extensive travel around the UK)

Reports to: Head of Site Management UK

Role Overview:

Our client seeks a Civil/Mechanical Supervisor for turn-key EPC Solar PV & Battery Storage projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate civil and mechanical construction works by subcontractors.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Complete site documentation using MS Office and contribute to progress reports.
• Review works according to Inspection & Test Plans.
• Ensure subcontractor teams are trained and equipped.
• Report any risks to budget, schedule, or quality.
• Propose solutions to construction challenges.
• Verify material deliveries to the site.
• Maintain HSQE standards and comply with UK regulations.

Skills Required:

• Degree or equivalent in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Solar PV and/or Battery Storage.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexibility for travel and on-site support.
• Clean UK driving licence.
