Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to ensure the effective maintenance of our plant, premises, and ancillary equipment. This role is critical for enabling cost-effective operations that meet all customer requirements. The successful candidate will lead a maintenance shift and must demonstrate the following essential and desirable skills:

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in leading a maintenance team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in common root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in commonly used computer software.
• Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to changing priorities and workloads.
• Ability to lead by example, guide, motivate, and support the maintenance shifts positively.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience in leading teams.

Working Hours:

• 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern: 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600.
