The postholder will provide a high standard Physiotherapy service to in-patients, outpatients and day service patients with specialist palliative care needs. 

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Contract Type: Locum (ongoing)

Pay Rate: £26.53 per hour (assignment rate)

Shift Pattern: 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

Requirements of the Palliative Care Physiotherapist:

• Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
• Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
• Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Car driver (preferred)

We welcome applications from physiotherapists and physio assistants (Band 3, Band 4, Band 5, Band 6, Band 7, and above!) within different physio services as we have other roles available within the NHS and private sectors.
