A very well established West Midlands firm is looking for a senior commercial property lawyer to work in their office in Birmingham. Ideally the firm is looking for a solicitor who has a minimum of 7 years' PQE in comm prop work to join the firm as a salaried partner or an equity partner. The firm would ideally have someone working full-time on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The days in the office would be consecutive days so that someone not living in the area could travel and stop over in the area each week. Alternatively they are prepared to consider part-time applicants working 3 days per week, fully remotely from home but with  *very occasional* visits to the office when absolutely essential. The role will be permanent and salary will be 80k-110k ("full-time equivalent" for part-time) depending on experience plus profit share/equity if desired.
