A law firm in Wigan are looking for a contentious probate locum to assist on an ad hoc basis starting as soon as you are able. This is to handle a case due to go to trial in June 2024 initially and is likely to be around 1 day per week of work although this will vary from week to week. Ideally you would be able to work as needed although the firm understand that you are likely to have other commitments. There may also be additional contentious probate work further down the line. This assignment can be carried out via remote working.
