The Role – Hard FM Administrator

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Hard FM Administrator to assist in the delivery of a Hard FM focused contract with proven ability of delivering FM services within a challenging environment, demonstrating the ability to work individually as well as managing and supporting a team.

 

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of all Hard Services requirements under direction of the Hard FM Manager
  • Collating and reviewing Specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that Hard Services best practice is shared between functions, sites and contracts
  • Assist the Hard FM Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Deliver services with a full understanding of the contract specification (particularly output specifications) and statutory requirements
  • Build professional relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, whilst also meeting the organisation’s strategic and financial aims.
  • Ability to work closely with the senior management team
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues
  • Help facilitate clear communication between all contract stakeholders

Skills Required

  • Experience of Microsoft packages
  • Practical knowledge and management of Statutory compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of SFG20
  • Knowledge and implementation of Safe Systems of Work
  • Understanding and knowledge of Computer – Aided Facilities Management (Qfm)
  • Understanding and knowledge Building Management Systems
  • Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI’s and SLA’s to achieve high performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary
  • Satisfactory DBS clearance at enhanced level.
  • Highly organised & Self-motivated
  • Proactive / problem solving
  • Good People Management skills
