Role Overview - Peer Coordinator (HMP Highdown): This excellent opportunity involves working seamlessly with substance misuse teams who deliver services directly to service users aged 18 and over residing across Surrey Prisons. You will be based working across the region of Surrey, therefore travel will be required between sites. The Peer Coordinator role is one that aspires to champion 'lived experience' and work with service users with aspirations to take on the role of peer supporters. These peer supporters will drive peer-led interventions across all prison wings. This is an exciting time to join the services as we implement a new contract model and continue to develop projects and initiatives across the region.
Role Responsibilities – Peer Coordinator (HMP Highdown):
Flexibility will be required in this role and may include some evening/weekend shift and with reasonable notice.
