Responsibilities include - Supporting individuals who have learning difficulties. - Most of the individuals are independent but may need slight support with personal care, bathing/dressing to ensure a high quality of personal hygiene. - Supporting individuals with day to day tasks, this can include attending doctors/hospital appointments, and any other professional appointments. - Supporting individuals with cooking and cleaning tasks and help individuals to gain independence to complete day to day tasks. - Liaising with individual’s families and professionals. - Supporting individuals to access the community and partake in activities to live an active and fun life, supporting them to enjoy a wide range of hobbies and interest including fishing, cinema, football, home brewing and horse riding - Working with a person centered approach to deliver excellent levels of care to the individuals you support. - Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and ambitions.
