OPX is seeking Class 1 Drivers to join our Logistics division.

OPX are recruiting for Experienced HGV (C+E) Class 1 Drivers with immediate starts for our clients based in Cardiff. This role will include supermarket deliveries to stores using fridge trailers and loading and unloading will be part of the job. As a representative of OPX you will be of a professional nature with a can-do attitude, show willingness and be flexible.

Rates of pay and hours for Class 1 Drivers:

Start times:

• Nights - 22:00-08.00/10.00 (Average 10 -12-hour shifts)

Pay per day:

• PAYE: £170.00 (holiday rolled-up)
• PAYE Rate With Holiday Accrued: £152
• LTD: £200.00
• Optional rest day working

Duties of a Class 1 Driver include: 

• Ops 13 Checks 
• Operating Fridge Trailers 
• Loading/Un-loading Vehicles 
• Supermarket Store Deliveries 
• Compliance Checks 
• Miles Per Gallon Monitoring 
• Infringement Management 

Class 1 Drivers will be trained in-house on electric Pump Trucks and Jacks to assist with loading and unloading at the RDC and stores.

You must be over 25, have a valid C+E licence, Drivers CPC and Digi Card.
