A well established Cheshire firm is looking for an experienced wills & probate solicitor to work at their Heaton Chapel office. The caseload will involve some complex probate matters - some of them large estates where wills or deeds of trust are being challenged. So although the firm do not seek to deal with contested probate estates, some of the estates end up being challenged or in litigation. Applicants must also be able to deal with inheritance tax issues, deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship and lasting power of attorney files. So probably a minimum of 5 years' PQE is required for this role. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience.
