A very well established firm with offices across the West Midlands is looking for a company commercial solicitor to work out of their Coventry office. Potentially scope for a mix of remote working from home and in-office attendance. The firm are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to manage a broad ranging commercial caseload that will include:

Business and company acquisitions and disposals
Company restructuring and reorganisation
Dealing with shareholder issues
Contract negotiations and drafting
Dealing with Terms and Conditions
Advice on intellectual property protection
Advice on Internet trading laws

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
