The Role - Graduate Classroom Assistant

As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you’ll support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working closely with teachers to make lessons engaging and meaningful.

You’ll be: - Graduate Classroom Assistant

• Supporting pupils in class and keeping them motivated
• Running small group or one-to-one intervention sessions
• Assisting with planning and classroom organisation
• Supporting children with additional needs (SEN and EAL)
• Encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence in learners

• Previous experience with children (tutoring, volunteering, coaching) is helpful but not essential
