Bristol | £12.60 per hour | Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–1pm

Are you looking for a steady role in a friendly, supportive warehouse team? We’re recruiting for a motivated Order Picker & Packer to join our operation in Bristol. This is an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that values its people and offers long-term prospects.

What you’ll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods accurately

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

• Labelling and loading items securely, following company procedures

• Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy, and well-organised

• Working with your team to meet daily targets and maintain high standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (picking, packing, or goods-in)

• A reliable and detail-focused approach to work

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• A team player with good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workloads
