Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader/Grounds Maintenance Operative to work with our client in the Watford area.

This will be an on-going role, leading to a permanent position with the company.

Monday to Friday, 05:00am/06:00am start until finish. 8-hour day, 40 hours each week.

Due to the nature of the work, you must be physically fit and prepared to work in all weather conditions. This is a proactive role and requires you to use your own initiative and mobile phone for reporting daily activities to your line Manager.

General duties

• Lawn mowing
• Strimming lawns and edges, defining lawn edges
• Aeration
• Top dressing
• Hedge cutting
• Hedge hight reduction
• Weed control
• Border maintenance
• Hard surface operations

Other general gardening operations which may include working with plant machinery and powered tools.

This is an immediate start for candidates with previous experience.
