Executive/ Personal Assistant to HNW Couple

An entrepreneurial high-net-worth couple with established businesses in property development, investment, and hospitality are seeking a highly capable Executive / Personal Assistant. This is a pivotal role, supporting both principals across their business and private lives, with a strong focus on property and hospitality ventures.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will act as the couple’s right hand, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across their business and household interests. The role is varied and dynamic, with around 80% business support and 20% private support.

Business Support

• Acting as first point of contact with lawyers, accountants, agents, investors, councils, and contractors.
• Supporting residential property acquisitions and developments, liaising with planning departments, architects, and suppliers.
• Coordinating with the principals’ hospitality team across their hospitality ventures, ensuring alignment with their wider business interests.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
• Overseeing light office management.

Personal Support

• Assisting with household matters, suppliers, and membership renewals.
• Coordinating family logistics and travel (limited, mostly London-based).
• Supporting with healthcare plans, insurance, and administration.
• Occasional support relating to a teenage child (though day-to-day family responsibilities are managed directly by the principals).

Requirements:

• Previous EA/PA experience supporting HNWIs, entrepreneurs, or senior executives.
• A background in property, hospitality, or luxury environments is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Discreet, professional, and confident liaising with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and act independently.
• IT literate, with excellent MS Office skills.
• Flexible with working hours.
