Call Handlers - Customer Service Assistants

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Call Handlers to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy for accurate data entry.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.

Your customer service skills gain be gained form a variety of different environments including the retail, hospitality or commercial sectors.
