Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, long-term role starting September 2025

• Commitment through to July 2026

• Earn up to £530 per week

• Provide individualised 1:1 support for children with additional needs, as well as general classroom support

• Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging Early Years activities

• Access to excellent facilities, including vibrant outdoor play and learning areas

• Clear progression opportunities available from September 2026

• Located close to Liverpool city centre with strong transport links and on-site parking

• Interviews to be held in August/September

About the Role

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support and inspire children at the beginning of their school journey. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lessons, encouraging participation, monitoring progress, and offering 1-to-1 support for a child with additional needs.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop classroom skills, gain in-depth knowledge of Early Years education, and build a strong foundation in child development.
