Compliance Administrator (Construction)

£27,000   (£14 per hour)

Compliance Administrator for a leading construction company initially for a 2-month period but will go permanent for the right candidate.

• 37 hour working week Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

Ensure full compliance on work carried out by gathering and checking paperwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate up to date project documentation, compliance records and progress reports for retrofit work on social housing schemes
• Liaise with internal departments and site-based teams to gather documents and produce retrofit documentation.
• Engage with the supply chain such as subcontractors to ensure sharing and gathering of documentation
• Record and keep up to date records of all documents’ ensuring 100% compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years admin / compliance experience ideally in a construction or finance industry
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail with a confident manner to call / email and chase documentation
