Job Title: Restaurant Manager – 5 Star London Hotel

Salary: Up to£45,000 + service charge

Location: London

Do you have fine dining experience and would like to work in a 5* hotel in London? We are looking a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service. My client is looking for someone who has a background in fine dining and luxury hotels or restaurants.

About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Ensure that a 5* service is provided
• Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
• Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
• Report to the F&B Director

The successful candidate

• Previous experience working in a 5* hotel or restaurant
• Fine dining experience a must
• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Well organised with an eye for detail
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
