Picker and Packer
Location: Middlewich
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour

KPI Recruiting are looking for a picker and packer to join our client’s team working in Middlewich. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable and hardworking and is looking to join a team in a dual-capacity role. This position involves general labour tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, prepare work areas, and assist in setting up of the yard..
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic site machinery.
• Worksite Safety: Follow safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazards.
• Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organised worksite throughout the shift.
• Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean and stored properly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour and heavy lifting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
