We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer supplying the automotive and construction sectors. They’re looking for a hands-on, customer-facing Quality Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

• Maintain and develop ISO9001 QMS

• Support new product introduction and production trials

• Lead and supervise a team

• Handle customer, supplier, and internal non-conformances

• Conduct audits and generate quality documentation (FMEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions)

• Drive improvements and track Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

Requirements:

• Experince in a quality role within manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA

• Experience with CMM/Faro Arm (Polyworks a plus)

• Able to read technical drawings and lead small teams

• Customer-facing experience essential
