Job Title: HSE Inspector

Location: Qatar (Site-Based)

Contract: Until September 2030

Schedule: Full-time

Overview:

We are hiring a qualified HSE Inspector to oversee Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across a large-scale construction and infrastructure programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil, gas or petrochemical projects with a thorough understanding of international and regional safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce site safety regulations, JSA compliance and Permit to Work protocols
• Conduct safety inspections and audits
• Monitor fire, emergency and security systems
• Assess and review contractor HSE documents and personnel competence
• Conduct incident investigations and close-outs
• Support HSE performance monitoring and report generation
• Deliver HSE awareness sessions and toolbox talks
• Maintain risk registers and safety trend reports

Requirements:

• HNC in Engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years in operational HSE, ideally in oil/gas/infrastructure
• Familiarity with international HSE standards
• Strong PC skills including MS Office
• Gulf experience preferred
