Workshop Supervisor - Northamptonshire - Heavy Plant

£21 -£23 an hour

NEOS are currently working with a great Plant Company in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Workshop Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in the Plant Hire Sector.

As a Workshop Supervisor you will be overseeing the day to day running of Hire Team Fitters & will report directly to the Workshop Manager.

You will be required to do the following:
• Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop
• Inspect and check Heavy Plant so that they are fit for Hire.
• Adapt & overcome faults and assist team members if needed, to diagnose issues.
• Support the Workshop Manager with all H&S requirements.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has Heavy Plant knowledge and NVQ Level 2 Plant Maintenance although if you have other qualifications, these can be taken into consideration.
