Position Title: Senior Executive Advisor

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Doha

Job Purpose

Support the CEO by providing strategic advice, optimizing business performance, and driving key projects to achieve organizational goals. Ensure effective communication, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

Advise the CEO on strategic initiatives, aligning with best practices and business goals.

Facilitate communication and coordination across stakeholders.

Prepare reports and analyses for Shareholders, the Board, and senior management.

Provide competitive insights to guide decision-making.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance strategies and processes.

Manage and support transformation programs and change initiatives.

Draft and implement procedures related to governance and operations.

Strategic Projects

Evaluate new investments and business opportunities with the CEO.

Oversee strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient execution.

Lead internal communication and reporting for CEO-led initiatives.

Leadership & Representation

Collaborate across teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Represent the company at events and meetings as directed by the CEO.

Key Performance Indicators

Timely and effective advice to the CEO.

Successful delivery of assigned projects and initiatives.

Effective implementation of transformation programs.

Clear integration of projects across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: 10-15 years, with 5+ years in a senior executive role.

Skills: Strategic planning, performance management, project leadership, financial awareness, and excellent communication.
